UX stands for User eXperience design. The applied knowledge of how to design and develop websites and applications to provide the best user experience for all user groups. The focus is on ease of use, utility, desirability, brand perception, and performance.
Although many associate UX with UI design, there is a certain difference. As already mentioned, UX stands for User eXperience and UI stands for User Interface. So, if we look at it a little more broadly, we can say that UI is part of UX, but UX consists of more.
A good user experience says something about how easy and intuitive a system is. How easy is it to carry out what you came to do, and what is the system’s perceived utility value? In addition, when looking at performance; how fast and responsive is the service perceived by users? In short, UX is therefore about how the front end of a service is experienced by the users.
