The challenge in a nutshell

Our model is based on this fact and we therefore use your competence and knowledge with our combined experience from many customer projects in different industries to do this screening. IT Health Check can be done on repeated occasions to measure changes/improvements.
The different steps
- With the goal of creating an IT environment that enables secure, uninterrupted operations while achieving maximum value and flexibility, we need to establish the current situation, ie where are we now? IT Health Check helps us answer that question with the help of a standardized maturity analysis.
- After completing the analysis, we create a report that provides an overview of your current IT Governance maturity. The focus is on how the result fits in relation to your goals and your organizational context. The report also contains our recommendation on prioritized improvement initiatives to move the business towards the strategic goal for IT Governance.
- After introducing the prioritized improvements, it's time to evaluate the outcome. What is the next change/investment to be made? Do we create maximum value for stakeholders? Has our world and our goals changed? Evaluate and run the next iteration!
