What is Front-end?

Front-end programming is about putting together the design and the user interface (UI) with the back-end in order for the website or web application to work for the end user. Front-end development is about creating good, responsive websites or web applications that look good across user interfaces and screen resolutions.

A front-end developer will typically work with both HTML and CSS to put together the design, but also with, for example, JavaScript or TypeScript in frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue or others.

Cegal and Front-end

At Cegal, we have a relatively large and growing professional environment within Front-End. Within this environment, we have consultants who work within several languages and frameworks.

This can be for example, but not limited to: Javascript, Typescript, React, Angular, Vue and much much more. We are keen not to lock ourselves into one framework or technology, but to follow developments in the industry and adopt new, good languages and frameworks.
