Boost.ai is a Norwegian chatbot company which was founded in 2016 in Stavanger. The company produces software based on Artificial intelligence (AI) which helps customers with digital customer care. Boost.ai are behind chatbots such as “Kommune-Kari”, who is now employed by over 80 municipalities across Norway.
Boozt.ai uses the technology Conversational AI, which means that the chatbot will understand when it can help the customer and when it needs to refer the customer to an actual person/case officer.
