Cegal is an ODA Platinum partner

Editorial staff Cegal want to build a stellar nextgen tech company that enables a more sustainable future, and shape the digital future by turning complex IT into digital success stories.
03/28/2022 |

Cegal is a Platinum partner of ODA – the Nordics’ leading network for women in tech.

ODA is clearly emerging as an organization with a genuine interest and commitment to diversity and to get more talented women into the tech industry. We share ODA’s vision and thoughts 100%. The decision to become a Platinum partner was therefore easy to make. We will do our utmost to ensure that both we as an employer – and ODA – reach the target of 40% women in tech within 2025. So far this year, we have doubled the employment of new women compared to last year.

Greater diversity and more women in the company is important, says CEO of Cegal, Dagfinn Ringås:

«One of our main goals at Cegal is to build a legendary IT company that our employees love to work for and that our customers love to work with. This is impossible to achieve without diversity, both in terms of gender, age, ethnicity and competence. We look forward to working even closer with ODA, not only to appear as an attractive and great workplace for women, but more importantly to commit ourselves to addressing important societal issues and help to bring more female talent into our extremely exciting industry».
