##### What is an Integration? 

Integrations can make multiple computer systems work together as a whole, creating a good flow of data between the systems.

Integrations can:   
– Streamline business processes   
– Boost innovation   
– Improve customer experiences

Many systems come with standardised interfaces which make it easier to integrate with – connect them to – other systems.
