Cegal´s role as a data controller

All non-personal and personal data is stored on secure servers by Cegaland HubSpot (the software used for the website, CRM and communication).

Cegal may also use subcontractors for managing the website and/or deliver relevant services hereto. Cegal is solely responsible as a data controller.

Use of Personal Data 

Like most other websites, collects certain information automatically. Cegal has adopted a set of Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) incorporated in the GDPR for the purpose of authorizing global transfers within the different Cegal locations. This allows us to transfer personal data outside of the EU/EEA, based on our internal practices, while protecting the privacy of data subjects.

Personal data is stored by Cegal AS on its servers and our cloud-based servers. Your data is retained only for as long as it is necessary for the intended purpose.
